Sabine Aziz
President of Modern Dental Career Training
I trained as a Dental Hygienist in Germany and spent 38 years in the dental field before I ever stood in front of a classroom. When I finally did, I realized this was what I was meant to do.
I founded Modern Dental Training in 2019 because I believed students deserved better — smaller classes, real clinical training, and an instructor who actually knows what it takes to work chairside. Every student who walks through my door gets my full attention. That's not a marketing line. That's how I run this school.

Enzo Manganelli
Dental Assistant Instructor
Enzo graduated from Modern Dental Career Training in 2022. He was such a strong student that we asked him to come back and teach. He said yes.
He brings a student's perspective into every class — he knows exactly where the confusion happens and how to get through it. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Enzo connects with students who other programs leave behind.
Diana Hernandez
Dental Assistant Instructor
Diana graduated from MDCT in 2021, went straight into the field, and came back to teach because she wanted to give students what she received. She is currently enrolled in Dental Hygiene school — still learning, still growing, and bringing that energy into every class.
Bilingual in English and Spanish. She is proof that this program is a starting point, not a ceiling.

Lead Dental Assistant Instructor
Elena has 15 years of hands-on dental assisting experience. She has seen every procedure, every instrument, and every nervous patient. In the clinic lab, that experience shows.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Elena runs our clinical training with precision and patience. Her students leave prepared — not just certified.
